Editorial Guidelines
These are the standards every piece of content on KE Duplicate Bill Online is held to before publication.

Independence
This site is not affiliated with K-Electric. Every guide that describes an official K-Electric process carries a clear disclaimer to that effect. We do not imply official status or privileged access we don’t have.
No Manufactured Urgency
We do not use inflated claims about speed, ease, or guaranteed outcomes unless we can back them up. A K-Electric process taking “instantly” or “in seconds” is not something we’ll claim without a source confirming it.
Writing Standards
Content is written in plain, direct English at a level that doesn’t require specialized knowledge to follow. We avoid unnecessary jargon, and when a technical term is necessary, we explain it. We keep sentences short and avoid padding content to hit a word count.
Currency
Pages referencing figures that change, tariff rates, processing times, contact details, are dated, and we revisit them when we become aware of a relevant change. A dated figure is marked as such rather than presented as permanently current.
